It’s completely possible that you have relied on a freezer meal at least once or twice in your life. I’ve eaten things like Lean Cuisines and SmartOnes in an effort to deal with both laziness, not packing a lunch regularly, not wanting to go out to lunch and not wanting to spend $10 on lunch. Yes, even a lazy dinner can be added to this list. Now, Trader Joe’s Shrimp Tacos were awesome, but I will warn you, they are a bit misleading if you go by the picture alone.
While the box was misleading, I can honestly tell you that I personally think food from SmartOnes and Lean Cuisine basically taste like cardboard that’s been over-salted with a splash of cayenne pepper for heat and “flavor,” this instead actually tasted like food.

How to make them? As long as you have a microwave you are good:

What did I think of them? Trader Joe’s Shrimp Tacos were pretty darn good. Are they as good as your local Mexican establishment? No, but for $3.69 they really can’t be beat. You’d probably pay twice that. They only flaw was they were a tad soggy, but then again, anything that finds its way into a microwave will likely be soggy.
