Beans, Beans, the magical fruit...If you had these you wouldn't toot. Trader Joe's Brandy Beans are unfortunately not sold everywhere. They aren't sold all year long either. And if you are lucky enough to see them, pick a few up. Supplies are always limited.

For $2.99 these pack a punch. There are some items that have alcohol listed and you can't taste it. These, on the other hand, will knock you off your ass if you aren't careful. If you know that you are going to home then enjoy these.

They would also make a great hostess gift if the person is like Julia Child. My only regret here is only buying one box of these. However, since writing this review back in 2016, I've smartened up and stock up the second it hits store shelves.

They make their appearance around the holiday season, so if you enjoy these, do yourself a favor and pick up a few as they won't be around very long. Before you get these, please make sure you have ID with you. Assuming you live in a state where they can sell these to you.

Inside the chocolate shell which has nice crisp chocolate, snap releases a sweet but strong boozy interior. I've known people who have gotten at least a buzz from these. Perhaps even myself. This is an annual favorite and I've repurchased this item every holiday season. And yes, they are slightly better chilled.

Here is the visual rundown of what you get if you purchase Trader Joe's Brandy Beans:

These beans are strong, boozy, and chocolatey. Trader Joe's Brandy Beans have a good brandy kick. Totally worth the $2.99 if you enjoy the mixing of alcohol and chocolate. They are seasonal, so if you enjoy them, you'll want to stock up. I only managed to find these on one of my shopping trips.

Trader Joe's Brandy Beans are a seasonal delight that will also require some ID from you to purchase. My review follows. Hey William! This is a seasonal item. It didn't return last year. It remains to be seen if it will be back this year.
