The pros: Trader Joe’s Roasted Cauliflower Cheese Mezzelune is a lovely well balanced, but slightly under stuffed ravioli that is a good balance between roasted cauliflower and cheese.
The cons: None really come to mind.
The verdict: For $2.99 this was a great pasta in the refrigerated aisle of Trader Joe’s. If you’ve tried their Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gratin and enjoyed that taste, the filling of these raviolis is very similar. I think they could have been filled a bit more without them running the risk of bursting while being boiled. Wish they would suggest pasta sauce types, however I’ve linked a recipe that compliments this dish well.
